Head and neck pain: The top vertebra that the skull rests on (C 1) is on the same fascial plane as the lower jaw and tongue. So is you have restricted motion or tightness in the heck area from sleeping in one position, there could be pain referral to the cheeks and chin. See a dentist and a chiropractor to create more mobility in the neck and jaw.
