See your Doctor.: 90% of chest pains are musculoskeletal in origin. Meaning they are related to issues with bones, joints, muscles, etc. I would have you see you primary care physician or gynecologist for a breast and physical exam to make sure you don't have a breast mass or some other deformity.

Costochondritis: You probably have an inflammation in your rib called costochondritis. This will only occur on one side, is relieved by OTC pain medications, & usually goes away by itself. Did you have a recent viral infection, fall, injury or strain? These things can cause this condition. Hope that helps.
