Back pain: Back pain can be due to various reasons . Muscle sprain is the commonest reason . Back pain can also be due to urine infection , gastric reflux , gallstones , pancreatitis etc . Please see your doctor.

Muscle : Probably referred muscular pain from your back. Try a heating pad and an anti inflammatory such as Ibuprofen. Good Luck
