The cornea: doesn't usually secrete anything. The tears come from the lacriimal gland. The oils come from the Meibomian glands next to the hair follicles on the eyelid border itself. If you have secretiions on your corneas, you MUST SEE an ophthalmologist.Must find out what the cause is. So, see your trusted eye doctor to help you determine what is really going on, so you can start seeing clearly again!
