A member asked:

Why are my hands changing colors and are cold when i'm in a fairly warm building?

Cold Hands: you may have poor circulation in your hands caused by a syndrome known as Raynaud's. In this the blood vessels in the extremity contract due to mild changes in temperature and give the color changed and cold feeling even with slight changes of temperature. See your doctor for treatments both environmental and medicinal.
