A member asked:

When exposed to cold my hands get cold and white, then blue and then when they get warm again, they get red and tingling. should i be concerned?

Maybe: This is called Raynauds phenomenon and is caused by vasospasm on cold exposure as you describe. It can occur by itself or be related to quite a few diseases and disorders. It is particularly important if it is of recent onset. You should see a Board certified Internist or Rheumatologist.
