So much depends on: The quality - more than quantity - of tx is very important. For safety and intensity, inpt may be needed at times, but outpt can be as or more powerful in you recoveries. You need a therapeutic relationship you trust and work well in. Learn mgmt skills and ways to make episodes fewer, weaker and shorter. Learn how to see ahead to dodge some. It's chronic, but some women find menopause helps. Best!
