Yes. It is like--: tunnel. It can have it's ups and downs. Surgical release is done in debilitating pain. Such as interfering with ADL'S, usaual activities & quality of life. If young & active, it can interfere with lots of things: walking, dancing, sports 2 name a few. C an orthopedist 4 eval.
