Kitchen sink: For tarsal tunnel syndrome (tts), there's complex and isolated treatments. Tts could be part of a bigger radiculopathy (back nerve problems) that have to also be addressed. If its isolated, it's still not "straight-forward". Physical therapy, targeted manipulations, local injections, vein therapy, and even surgery may not "cure" tts. It may take a team-approach.
