Many options: For someone your age there are a few main options, but many possibilities. Top of the list would be some type of ovarian pathology like a cyst, kidney infection, constipation, bowel infection like diverticulitis, shingles. The list is extensive though. Go see a doctor and get an exam and some labs done.
