Yes after unsafe sex: Pregnancy (as well as many STI's) is a risk if any healthy woman or any healthy girl who has gone through puberty has unprotected sexual intercourse with a healthy fertile man. Be safe; check your blood betaHCG pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, seek the services of a knowledgeable Gyn or nurse practitioner and ask for an IUD or a subdermal implant which are the most effective contraceptives
