I think im pregnant but i started bleeding last night at 12 am but its bright red and watery .. can i be pregnant please i need to know i did a home pregnancy test about 3days ago but it was a negative?

Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, as it is more accurate than a home test. If the HCG is positive, see your OB physician for an exam and possible pelvic ultrasound, as ectopic pregnancy needs immediate attention.
