A member asked:

How can i convert rbc in urine reading in my lab report which 9x10^6/l to hpf provided that it also represented as +1 .

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood in urine: Sexual activity can provide access of bacteria into the tube which leads from the bladder to the outside. Women can also get urinary infections from vaginal bacteria migrating into the urethra. A "1+" level of RBC's is not high, but should be tested for infection. See your healthcare provider for urine culture and possible treatment.
