I have have tingling feeling mostly in the top right part of my head. what could the tingling be and why is it localized?

Any trauma?: Any trauma to your head recently? Do you have headaches? I doubt seriously that you're metabolically deficient to be causing that symptom. Does the tingling come and go? There 24/7? Is it painful? It could be a premonitory sign related to a type of headache which simply hasn't manifest. Or more likely nothing to worry about though I don't have a specific diagnosis I'm afraid.

Head tingling: Consider dry skin (use moisterizing conditioner), reponse to new hair product, eczema, dandruff ,psoriasis, ,sinusitis, neck tension or more serious issues like zoster/herpes, nerve compression, multiple sclerosis
