Acanthosis nigricans: Is the darkness on the back of her neck. She has insulin resistance and PCOS She needs to see an endocrinologist and start treatment for this. She will be unable to lose weight until her insulin resistance is treated. Her periods will not normalize without addressing the hormonal imbalance she has.
