Usually not: Usually, it will not be a big problem. If you developed severe headache, eye hurt, confused, vomit or new vision disturbance, you need go to ER to have an evaluation if you have bleeding inside the head.

Head Injury: You did hurt yourself - you feel pain and you are dizzy. If you didn't lose consciousness and you aren't bleeding from your scalp, you should watch how you feel over the next hour. If everything clears up you are fine. If you experience changes in mental status, vomiting or the dizziness persists, you should seek further evaluation. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
