I have a few cold sores in my mouth, i've always gotten them whenever i've had fevers, etc. but one of them has a black dot on it. should i be concern?

Need to see: Most cold sores can bleed and cause blood but this is one that we need to see. Take a pic upload it here and we can have a better idea. Otherwise see your doctor when you have a moment.
