How do you get rid of small swollen painful bumps on your tounge you usally get after biting your tounge ?

Bumps on tongue: Trauma to the tongue from a bite will resolve on its own fairly quickly - although it can be painful and it is common to re-injure the area with more accidental biting. In the long run, there is not a great cure for the bumps, but if there is a lot of pain when eating, topical numbing gel can be used.

Caution + Time: Tongue biting swells the tongue to create even a greater potential to re-bite your tongue. Being more cautious while chewing may help but mist of he time the tongue eventually "learns" how to stay away from your "chomp, ".
