Crampy pains: There are a number of reasons you might have cramping pain when not on your period. From endometriosis to ovarian cyst, to infections. If cramps continue, get a pregnancy test and see your doctor for evaluation.

Maybe: As long as it is mild and temporary, i would not worry too much. I am assuming your periods are regular and you have not missed your period. If the pain is severe or you have other abnormalities, see your gynecologist soon.
