Wonder if you are feeling the ‘ovulation’ referred to as middleshmertz. This sometimes will cause a painful sensation vit is different from the true cramps sometimes experienced during your period. This is a normal phenomenon. Typically ibuprofen, acetaminophen will control the discomfort. Good luck
