Yes!: It's unusual and rare, but agents from both the ACE inhibitor and ARB families can be taken concurrently. I've used both in cases of tough to control hypertension. When doing so it's important to get your serum potassium level checked periodically, for the two combined can result in high potassium levels in the bloodstream.
