Possible infection.: You may have an infection. Please see your doctor as soon as possible to find out what is going on. If you have abdominal pain, fever over 101, or dizziness, or anything else worrisome, please go to an ER.

Contact your OB: It is important to follow up with your PCP especially if you are having fever, continued discharge, or a lot of blood. This could be normal recovery from a c-section as you can have continued discharge for months, and this may even be remains of the placenta. however, it could be more serious so contact your OB to do a physical exam and possible labs.
