Needs treatment: Yellow vaginal Discharge with foul smell is indicative of an infection called bacterial vaginosis. It needs to be treated by an antibiotic possibly by Metronidazole. Please see your doctor or Ob/Gyn or go to urgent care for evaluation and treatment.
