Not chikungunya: This is totally unrelated to chikungunya and is a separate problem. It's a bit hard to tell from the pic but it could be a 'Staph boil' or possibly an STD if you've been having unsafe sex. Sometimes the condom doesn't cover the 'whole area' so what's not covered could, in theory, get infected. Best to get a doc to see it and CULTURE that so you know exactly what it is, and therefore the best Rx.
