Risk = QT: One resource (Epocrates) says there are no interactions, another (LexiComp) says they must not be taken together. Both ondansetron (for nausea/vomiting) and fluoxetine (for mood) slow the electrical system of the heart in the same way.Under certain conditions in some people, the combo could lead to dangerous heart rhythms. If questions, good idea to mention this to your doc and ask his/her advice.

DO NO USE TOGETHER!!: Ondansetron and fluoxetine both affect the cardiac conduction system by prolonging the QTc interval. Serious, even fatal, disturbances in heart rhythm may occur.
