Probably ok: Sometimes there is an interaction, but generally, these can be safely used together. Zofran can cause sleepiness, this is the primary side effect to be aware of.

Most likely: Taking the two medications together occasionally is not usually a problem. It is important that they have both been prescribed and that the doctor who prescribed them knows that you are on them both. If you happen to have a heart condition or history of arrhythmias, you will want to be sure to have your full medication regimen reviewed by a physician or pharmacist before use together.

Per Medscape Drug: Interaction Checker: both meds increase QTc interval. "Possible serious or life-threatening interaction. Monitor closely. Use alternatives if available...ECG monitoring recommended [especially] with electrolyte abnormalities, congestive heart failure, or bradyarrrythmias (slow heart rate). Either increases toxicity of other by [impacting] serotonin levels." Please discuss this with prescribers.
