I was given fluoxetine for chronic pain, but on its sideeffect it says can cause lung problems, please can u advice what type of lung issues it can cause?

Not a good choice: First of all, this is not a particularly good choice for the treatment of chronic pain. Duloxetine (cymbalta) is a better choice. It may cause difficulties with breathing but pulmonary issues are uncommon.
