Possible cyst: May be a cyst, which is a small fluid filled structure. They can develop in many different areas of the body. If the area isn't painful and if it doesn't grow larger, you can probably ignore it. However if it grows larger haver a doctor check it.

Just In-cyst on it.: More than likely a benign cyst. It might be easier just to have it removed before it get larger and more difficult to excise.
