Anything: few possibilies it could be a wart or a cyst like sebacous cyst could be ganglion cyst unusual for the location but not impossible could be skin lesion could be soft tissue mass like lipoma again unusual for the location as you can see there is many possibilities if you are concern about it the only way to confirm what kind of lump it is for you to see a doctor that could evaluate good luck
