Bentonite clay is : a preparation for external use only. Please specify the name of the product you plan to ingest or have your pharmacist review the ingreduents. Alkali like sodium bicarbonate increase absorption of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Urinary acidifying agents decrease absorption.

A few hours apart: because it may absorb the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) I would separate the two by a few hours in order to prevent inactivating the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
