No.: Laxatives affect the large intestine (colon). Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a salt that gets absorbed mostly in the stomach and small intestine. Use of laxatives should have no effect at all on absorption of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or on its effects once absorbed.
