So my boyfriend has a candy and soda problem and every time i tell him to stop he won't listen and thinks i'm nagging ! what can happen if he continue?

You are what you eat: Candy and soda do not have much nutritional value so if he is eating this at the expense of vegetables, protein etc, then he could become deficient in vitamins and minerals it that's all he is eating! The high carbs may also lead to obesity and diabetes. Instead of telling him to stop, offer healthy alternatives (fruits, nuts etc) Good luck! Sugar is a hard habit to break, but it can be done!
