Neurologic Sx: A pregnancy termination at "12 weeks" with bleeding subsequent to the procedure may cause anemia , depending on how much blood was lost at surgery and afterwards. See your physician for a CBC , as "dizzyness and headaches" may be associated with the blood loss. If the test is normal. ask for a neurology referral.
