Likely: Most the time when you have a dominant follicle at midcycle you will ovulate.

Clomid (clomiphene): Mature follicles prior to the ovulation are usually around 20 to 22 mm in largest diameter. A follicle that is approximately 24 to 25 mm will most likely ovulate the next day.
