Get evaluation: Upper abd pain with radiation to your back has a number of possibilities, and pancreatic cancer would not be on the top of the list. Gall bladder problems can give this pain radiation with both the L and R upper abd. Also gastric problems can also give this picture. You will need to be seen, get further history, exam, and prob some radiology studies done to make the Dx.
