Physiology: Sweating is one of the body's mechanisms for reducing core temperature which goes up due to muscular activity. Chilling is a mechanism to raise the body temperature, again by muscular activity. It is possible that by sweating excessively you are activating the hypothalamic mechanisms that regulate body temperature and these stimuli create the symptoms you are experiencing. Hope this helps.
