See s doctor: Pancreatitis can cause referred pain to the abdomen, chest, shoulder, and other places, so this may be related to eating fatty foods, which can cause more pain afterwards. If the pain is bothering you, see your GP, especially if the arm is involved, there may be a musculosketal issue or GE reflux that can be causing symptoms.
