Why is clobetasol propionate controlling my acne? after reading past post i won't use it on my face but can this point to another condition?not acne?

Acne or other: You could have comedonal acne which does have an element of inflammation to it which is why the clobetasol helps. You could also have Rosacea which is similar to acne. A dermatologist can help you sort through this. Tetracycline, and antibiotic, has anti-inflammatory effect and targets the bacteria that can cause the acne!
