Ingestion: If it has been 8 hours since the ingestion and she is symptom free, she will likely be OK. Cough medications are not recommended for children less than 6 years as they can be extremely toxic. Call your nearest Poison Control Center and talk to them. If she has any symptoms, specifically drowsiness call 911. All the best.
