Uncertain it could b: i'm uncertain it could be abdominal. In your abdomen you have intestines, but there are other organs near to it. There is also a problem with gas in your large intestine that can cause I assume the emergency room did not find any heart problems. You need to go into this fully with your physician and look for things on the left side of the chest and abdomen that may be causing this type of problem.
