Not likely: He's probably been rendered "non-infectious" by the powerful antibiotics he was given in the hospital. Just practice good hygiene--wash hands, use hand sanitizer, dispose of tissue and kleenex, etc. Wouldn't hurt to boost everyone's immune systems with healthy doses of Vit D3 (5-10,000 units per day for a week or so, then cut to 5,000 units per day thereafter). Also, Vit C and Vit A.

Very less likely: Chances of him making you sick are vey low, unless he acquired some infections in the hospital, which does not seem to be the case here. Keep monitoring him (his temperature, BP, activity level) for next few days.
