Dental care needed: Antibiotics are a bandaid for dental infections. They can keep it from spreading, but to fix the problem you need to get the infection drained and usually the tooth needs to be removed. If the clindamycin wasn't helping, a different antibiotic is not likely to do any better. Please see a dentist.
