Symptom: It is difficult to say but clearly you don't have cardiac disease to account for this. Most likely it is related to either skin irritation or intercostal muscle irritation perhaps costochondritis.

I have every symptom of heart failure. pcp dosnt think thats it. 4 years ago when my symptoms started, tons of tests (echo, nuclear stress ,ekg) all results were normal. Ct of chest noted possible COPD.. no pleural eltusions.. what can cause symptom?
