Pain: It appears your pain was due to pasing a hard stool, indicating that you may be condtipated.If this is a consistent problem you should undergo a diet change by increasing the fiber in your diet and reducing the milk and milk products in your diet. Also drinking 6-8 glasses of water would also be helpful
