Late period: Not necessarily. Consider repeating the pregancy test in a week if you still haven't had your period.

I have had bad constipation for a few months now, but it's getting more severe. I have light headedness when I stand to the point were I faint and lots of blood and bloody mucas in my stool, toilet and on the toilet paper. Lots of pain in tummy.
