Blood when wiping during menstruation is probably from that produced by menstrual bleeding. If the bleeding continues when your period is not concurrent, see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.

Hi, every time I pass stool I bleed. Its not just a little bit, it drips into the bowl and when I wipe there are small blood clots.
Why did i bleed when i poop? It hurts when i first took the initial poop and i started to bleed bright red. I don't think i see blood stools in the poop and it was difficult to tell. After i finished and wipe the blood was thick and sort of dark.
