QUESTION!: Did you loose consciousness???? If so....seek medical evaluation ASAP! If not sound like a mild concussion . Symptoms should subside gradually. If still symptomatic by early next week seek medical eval. Hope this helps Dr Z

Ouch.. Goto ER: closed Head injury is nothing to take lightly especially in context of other symptoms. You need medical evaluation as soon as possible.
