A member asked:

I had anterior cervical discectomy with fusion surgery then a hematoma, now a swollen lymph node at incision with no change. should i be concerned?

If it is for sure: a lymph node, it is probably reactive to the incision and hematoma, no, you should not be concerned because it will probably go away. It could be something, though, so show it to the surgeon who performed your operation.
