Nevus: If it is round and unchanged and you have already had it looked at by the dermatologist I would worry about it. If there is a change then you need to see the dermatologist again, if not just stay out of the sun during peak hours, wear sunscreen SPF 30 at least, and wear protective clothing such as a hat and sunglasses and SPF clothes when you are going out for an extended time.
