My skin seems to be getting thin how can i stop it from getting any thiner?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thinning skin: Aging, sun exposure and genetics contribute to the thinning of skin. The only one you had any control over was the sun exposure, which is cumulative over many years. At this point, the important thing to do is to protect your skin from injury. Avoid adhesive band aids that tear skin, try Coban wrap and gauze to cover wounds instead. Keep skin moisturized. Use sunscreen.
